Role Overview
We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join Microland’s ServiceNow Practice team — someone who can blend deep platform expertise with presales flair and solutioning leadership.
If you enjoy architecting enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, influencing deal strategy, and being the go-to person for “how exactly will this work?” — this role is for you.
Experience
- 15+ years of total IT experience, including :
- 15+ years in ServiceNow solutioning, implementation, or architecture.
- 12+ years in presales and RFP solutioning, including deal defense and client presentations.
- Proven ability to architect and integrate ServiceNow solutions across multiple technology towers for large enterprise clients.
- Strong experience across core ServiceNow modules :
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog)
- ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping)
- ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
Deep working knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including :Scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, UI BuilderIntegrations (REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub)CMDB & CSDM data model, ACLs & platform securityServiceNow GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks — practical understanding of enterprise use cases.Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management principles.Exceptional presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills — able to turn complex architecture into clear business value.Ability to collaborate across sales, delivery, and product teams to design holistic, scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers and account teams to understand business challenges and design tailored ServiceNow solutions.Own the end-to-end solutioning process for RFPs and proactive proposals — from requirement analysis, estimation, and architecture to deal defense and customer presentations.Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to position ServiceNow solutions aligned with client goals and Microland’s strategic value propositions.Design technical roadmaps and modernization strategies for enterprise ServiceNow environments.Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and partner solutions where appropriate.Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new ServiceNow features and AI capabilities to drive automation and efficiency.Ensure all proposed solutions are cost-optimized, scalable, secure, and performance-driven.Contribute to practice development by mentoring teams, refining solution frameworks, and shaping reusable assets.
