The Opportunity

Join the School of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications in the Faculty of Engineering at UNSW's Faculty of Engineering as an Associate Lecturer / Lecturer in a Teaching and Research role. In this role you will develop your own research in the field of Electrical Engineering while teaching undergraduate / postgraduate classes in areas of energy systems, embedded systems, control systems, microelectronics, signal processing and telecommunications. You will have the opportunity to conduct classes, design and develop learning activities, and engage in publish high-quality research as part of a team and / or independently.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career academic looking to lay the foundations for their career in academia. The role of Associate Lecturer / Lecturer reports to the Head of School and has no direct reports.

• Salary,
• Associate Lecturer (Level A) – AUD $113,911 to $121,838 per annum + 17% superannuation
• Lecturer (Level B) - $127,947 to $150,830 per annum + 17% superannuation
• Full time
• Fixed term – 2 years
• Location : Kensington – Sydney, Australia
