Job Overview :

We are seeking a Jr Full Stack Development Engineer with strong frontend and backend experience to work on cross-platform software projects.

This role supports the transformation of AT&Ts order and delivery management systems.

The candidate will work on new features, enhancements, and defect resolution, collaborating closely with Product Management, Business Systems, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot scalable and reusable software systems (3-tier and Microsoft Azure cloud-based systems).
• Develop frontend and backend components, translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Actively participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and Agile development cycles.
• Support detailed documentation of systems and features.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain and optimize applications for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Mentor peers and provide technical guidance where appropriate.
