NetSuite Implementation Specialist

A NetSuite functional consultant is an expert who implements, customizes, and maintains the NetSuite software for businesses by mapping client requirements to the system's capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Analyze and map business processes and client requirements to NetSuite functionalities.
• Lead configurations and implementations across core NetSuite modules — including Order to Cash (Sales, Credit Memos, Returns & Refunds) and Procure to Pay (Purchase, Billing, Credits & Returns).
• Prepare detailed Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs) and comprehensive End-User Training Materials.
• Manage and execute NetSuite customizations, including :
• Custom Records, Saved Searches, Reports, Fields, and Forms Suite Bundler and Dashboards
• Roles & Permissions, Auto-Generated Numbers, and Two-Factor Authentication
• Configure NetSuite Features & Preferences (User, General, Sales, and Accounting).
• Manage release previews and business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades.
• Support data migration activities using CSV import and create mapping templates from legacy systems to NetSuite.
• Conduct Unit, Integration, and Regression testing for endto-end implementations and customizations.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), identify issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Provide post-production support, handle enhancement requests, troubleshoot functional issues, and document process changes.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, project management, and key business stakeholders during implementations and sandbox refresh activities.
• Design and customize Workflows, SuiteBundles, forms, record types, roles, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Create and manage Custom CRM Fields, Entity Fields, Item Fields, Transaction Body Fields, and Transaction Column Fields in NetSuite.
