Taxation / Banking Operations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of Banking operations & Taxation (European Market preferred)
• Must have deep knowledge of the German Tax Framework (e.G., Abgeltungssteuer, Sparerpauschbetrag) and a practical understanding of tax rules for various capital market instruments.
• Adept at explaining complex numbers and processes.
• Ability to identify and coach against the common red flags, such as purely theoretical tax knowledge without practical application
• Should be willing to work in shifts along with the team in customer business time
• Should be a good team player with willingness to learn and drive the new hires.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, strong command of language, instructional design
