Communications Coordinator

Duties :

• Develop and deliver end-to-end communications that support the businesss culture growth ambitions and strategic priorities across both internal and external audiences.
• Write expertly crafted communications that are simple clear and tailored to the needs of employees customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate plan and deliver employee engagement activities and events (in-person and virtual) including preparation of talking points scripts and presentations.
• Support external communications activity such as drafting press releases assisting with social media and preparing content for external events and campaigns.
• Create engaging content using strong storytelling across a variety of channels (e.g. email intranet internal social platforms video press releases social media).
• Take complex or technical information and translate it into clear relevant and engaging messages.
• Advise stakeholders on effective communication approaches including channel mix messaging presentations and best practice.
• Proactively support the administration and coordination of Employee Engagement Networks while also assisting with the organisation of external communications campaigns and media activity.
