GoZupees builds AI Agents for small businesses in the UK, helping them automate conversations, capture leads, and deliver human-like customer support.

Role Overview

Join the Founder’s Office at GoZupees , where speed, clarity, and structure define how we operate.

We’re looking for a PMO Associate who can help the founder stay on top of projects, meetings, and deliverables.

What You’ll Do

Track multiple projects and ensure timely follow-ups.

Manage dashboards, reports, and documentation.

Coordinate meetings, priorities, and key action items.

Create visibility and accountability across teams.

You’ll Thrive Here If You :

Have 2–5 years of experience in PMO, operations, or project coordination.

Are strong with tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Zoho.

Are meticulous, structured, and dependable in fast-moving setups.
