Vendor Contract Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Vendor Contract Manager to manage third-party engagements throughout the contracting lifecycle, from contract development to invoicing. The role ensures compliance with legal and finance standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Operations : Review and address emails and messages at the start of the day to identify updates and action items for multiple third-party engagements.
- Engagement Tracking : Document the progress of each engagement, including next steps, responsible parties, and follow-up timelines.
- Tactical Guidance : Provide insight and guidance to team members on appropriate next steps and facilitate their execution.
Utilization of Internal Systems
Risk Assessment : Assess risk and ensure compliance.Legal Support : Request legal assistance.Purchase Order Management : Create purchase requests and orders.Contract Generation : Generate NDAs.Status Tracking : Track the status of purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices, and follow up to ensure timely processing and supplier payment.Required Skills and Qualifications
