Luxury Development Planner

Job Title : Planning Engineer Experience : Minimum 5 years Industry : Real Estate / Construction Project Type : High-rise, luxury residential or mixed-use developments Job Summary : The Planning Engineer will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for high-rise luxury developments. The role involves coordinating with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards expected in premium real estate projects. Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project. Prepare baseline programs, work breakdown structures (WBS), and manpower / resource histograms. Monitor project progress, analyze variances, and propose corrective / preventive actions. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to track deliverables. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and stakeholders. Assist in claims, extensions of time (EOT), and delay analysis using industry-standard methodologies. Evaluate subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the master program. Support risk management, forecasting, and project planning activities. Ensure compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations. Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of planning experience in high-rise luxury projects. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. Good understanding of construction sequencing, methods, and industry standards. Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Experience with EOT claims, delay analysis, and resource planning preferred.
