Marketing Growth Specialist

We're looking for a results-driven marketer to plan, set up, and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance metrics, hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager, and a good sense of strategy combined with creative instinct.

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching audience behavior and customer insights to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time. They will also collaborate with content and design teams to create effective and engaging ad creatives, monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven optimizations.

We're seeking someone who is comfortable experimenting, testing, and learning from what works and what doesn't. If you're passionate about turning clicks into conversions and have a growth mindset, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Need

• 1–3 years of experience running digital advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager
• A good sense of strategy, but also a creative instinct
• Comfortable experimenting, testing, and learning from what works and what doesn't
