Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer with strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and React.js to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing robust, scalable front-end applications integrated into AEM components, with a deep understanding of modern web development practices and CI / CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain front-end solutions using React.js integrated with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Build custom AEM components, templates, dialogs, and front-end logic using HTL / Sightly, JavaScript, CSS, and React.
Collaborate with UX / UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver responsive and high-performance web applications.
Translate design mockups into fully functional front-end components with pixel-perfect accuracy.
Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement CI / CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of all front-end solutions.
Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
Debug and resolve front-end related issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

2–3 years of experience in front-end development.

Strong hands-on experience with AEM (6.4 or higher) including component development, templates, dialogs, and AEM front-end pipeline.

Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SASS / LESS.

Experience integrating front-end code with AEM using HTL (Sightly) and Sling Models.

Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating with back-end services.

Good understanding of CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control systems (Git).

Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and other modern front-end build tools.

Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

AEM Certification is a plus.

Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

Experience in performance tuning and web vitals optimization.

Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).

Familiarity with headless CMS and GraphQL is a plus.

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
