Once You Are Here, You Will :
- Participate in client discovery sessions, document solution requirements, and offer optimal solutions.
- Assist with the architecture and configuration of development environments and deployment procedures.
- Contribute as a strong individual contributor, working within timelines and budgets to meet or exceed project success criteria.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple client teams.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel when needed, effectively balancing workloads to ensure the success of all projects.
- Design and implement solutions leveraging AEM Sites.
- Develop digital consumer experiences based on foundation of the AEM product suite, including AEM, CRX, and DAM.
- Translate marketing and web sites needs into AEM specific recommendations and solutions.
- Leverage AEM, other state-of-the-art technologies and integration patterns to solve business critical challenges.
- Work in an agile, rapid, development environment.
- Drive project scope and timeline definition based on collaborative needs assessments.
- Design and improve internal development methodologies around Adobe AEM solutions.
- Propose technology solutions that enable businesses to meet or exceed their goals.
- Manage SDLC processes and associated artifacts.
- Design and code from specifications. Analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement complex software applications.
- Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of AEMs core platform and integrate with commerce solutions and search engines.
- Lead technology teams to build and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager to include site architecture, custom components, workflow development and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- Integrate websites with web analytics tools and analyze / report on analytics data.
Required Qualifications :
8 to 10 years’ of experience in developing solutions using AEM 6.X8 to 10 years’ of experience in developing both OSGI and AEM Custom Components6+ years experience in Java and JavaScript / JQuery.Preferred Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in software development or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.Experience implementing technical solutions for B2B / B2C websites.Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager DeveloperExperience in developing solutions using AEM as cloud serviceExperience in multi-lingual sites, multi-lingual translation, and content localization solutions.Experience in working in Adobe DAM, Target, Analytics, Adobe CampaignWorking experience in other Adobe products like AEP, AJO, Adobe Analytics, Adobe LaunchExperience with DevOps pipelines for AEM projects.Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.Experience in Agile project delivery and AWS or Azure cloud platforms.Capable of leading a full client development team of up to 6-8 people able to guide developers in delivering code following good design principles, and meeting the Definition of DoneLeads communication of status to the client for team and Identifies new areas of workParticipate in the sales process with new prospectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsIdeal Mindset :
