What You’ll Own :

End-to-end hiring for our engineering & tech teams (yes, full ownership!!)
Building pipelines that actually convert
Partnering with our hiring managers to make magic happen
Bringing your A-game to employer branding, sourcing, and candidate experience

What You Bring :

5- 6 years of hands-on recruitment experience in automotive / robotics / AI domains

A hunter’s mindset, a storyteller’s flair, and a doer’s drive

A love for fast-paced environments and smart, curious people
