Job description

Ashlar Law is looking to hire 3 qualified advocates as associates who can join at the earliest. For more details about the firm, check ashlarlaw.com.

Location - Mumbai, Kolkata, or Bangalore

Profiles -

  • 1 position for 2-3 years PQE with experience in law firm in M&A, VC / PE transactions
  • 2 positions for 0-1 years PQE with experience / interest in M&A, VC / PE transactions

Expectations

  • Strong research and drafting skill
  • Knowledge of equity transactions, gen. corp. laws and other commercial laws
  • Knowledge of local vernacular language would be an added advantage
