Weโ€™re looking for an HR Associate Intern to power our talent engine and keep the team as sharp as our drops. Youโ€™ll lead the hunt for creators, designers, and builders who embody the DROPZ vibe, while managing the HR operations that fuel our culture and growth.

  • Drive Talent Sourcing : Scout and attract top designers, marketers, production experts - through LinkedIn, Behance, Instagram, campus networks, and niche communities to fuel a high-caliber talent pipeline.
  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment : Craft and post JDs, review portfolios and resumes, coordinate interviews, and design creative assessments that capture cultural alignment and creative spark.
  • Orchestrate High-Impact Onboarding : Curate welcome kits, configure essential tools (Slack, Drive, Adobe Suite), and develop tailored 30-60-90 day roadmaps to launch new hires into full productivity from day one.
  • Maintain Accurate Employee Documentation : Handle contracts, updates, and payroll data in Google Sheets and HR platforms with precision and accessibility for seamless operations.
  • Implement HR Policies : Roll out guidelines for attendance, flexible work, and performance evaluations while ensuring full organizational adherence and best practices.
  • Track Key HR Metrics : Monitor time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, intern-to-full-time transitions, and team satisfaction scores to drive data-informed improvements.
