▷ 15h Left! Senior Sales Executive -Groups, Weddings & MICE (Goa-based Only)

We are a premium resort located in South Goa, seeking a Senior Sales Executive – Groups, Weddings & MICE to handle high-value group enquiries including corporate bookings, weddings, MICE, and social events.

This is a hospitality-specific sales role. Candidates must have experience in hotel or resort sales and be currently based in South Goa. Applications from other industries or locations will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Manage group enquiries (corporate, weddings, MICE) from travel agents, DMCs, corporates, and planners

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to drive conversions

Coordinate with banquet, F&B, housekeeping, and reservations for seamless event execution

Conduct site visits and client walkthroughs

Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline reports, and assist in business development initiatives

Support the Sales Manager with strategic account handling

✅ Ideal Candidate

2–5 years of experience in hotel or resort sales

Must be currently residing in South Goa

Strong understanding of travel trade, group bookings, and event operations

Effective communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

Hotel management degree is a plus, but not mandatory

Experience with travel agents, DMCs, wedding planners, and corporates is essential
