Position : Membership Consultant

Role Overview : As a  Membership Consultant  at 21 Fitness, you’ll be responsible for introducing potential members to our fitness community, promoting memberships, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities : Promote and sell gym memberships and fitness programs to prospects

Manage walk-ins, leads, and phone inquiries professionally

Provide detailed information about services, membership options, and benefits

Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential members

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Support marketing activities and events to drive memberships

Required Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor’s degree in  Business, Marketing, Sports Management , or related field (preferred)

1–3 years of experience  in sales, customer service, or fitness industry roles

Excellent  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal  skills

Strong  presentation  and  client relationship-building  abilities

Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated personality

Comfortable using basic computer software and CRM tools

Genuine  passion for health, fitness, and lifestyle improvement
