Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Diploma freshers located in South Goa district. The role involves hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and operations related to Optical Fiber and Optical Fiber Cables. Responsibilities include assisting with production line tasks, ensuring adherence to quality standards, troubleshooting basic equipment issues, and supporting cross-functional teams in achieving operational excellence. The role provides professional development and an opportunity to learn cutting-edge telecommunications manufacturing techniques within a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Core technical skills in manufacturing processes, production support, and quality control
• Basic understanding of network systems and optical fiber technology
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical,Electrical,Electronics &Telecommunications,mechatronics, or a related technical field
• A passion for learning advanced manufacturing techniques
