What You'll Do

As a Sales Automation Specialist, you’ll architect and maintain automation systems that support end-to-end GTM operations, including lead research, enrichment, outreach, CRM processes, and reporting. Should be well versed with n8n as well.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build advanced data workflows using Clay and n8n
• Integrate tools like Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive using APIs and webhooks
• Automate GTM processes such as prospecting, enrichment, lead routing, and follow-ups
• Create scalable pipelines to collect, clean, transform, and score lead data
• Automate LinkedIn, email, and outbound outreach flows
• Maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track conversions and performance metrics
• Document automations and continuously propose improvements to speed, accuracy, and performance
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to translate business requirements into automation workflows
