  • Key Responsibilities :
  • PoSP Recruitment & Onboarding :
  • Hire new PoSPs to associate with the company and bring in new customers for insurance products.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of PoSPs, providing them with necessary product knowledge and tools to succeed.
  • Training & Development :
  • Provide training to all PoSPs on the various products offered by the company, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell and support customers.
  • Keep PoSPs updated on new products, regulatory changes, and market trends.
  • Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with PoSPs, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with business goals.
  • Engage with PoSPs regularly to help them explore new avenues for income generation and business development.
  • Collaboration with Insurers :
  • Work closely with insurers to ensure smooth business operations and address any queries or issues raised by PoSPs.
  • Coordinate with insurers to ensure PoSPs receive the necessary support and information to sell effectively.
  • Achieving Business Goals :
  • Ensure the PoSPs meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives set by the company.
  • Monitor PoSP performance and provide guidance and motivation to drive business growth.
  • Sales Support & Coordination :
  • Collaborate with the sales support and backend teams to ensure smooth functioning of the PoSP onboarding and operational processes.
  • Ensure that all processes and systems are working efficiently to support PoSPs.
  • Market & Regulatory Awareness :
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry news to inform business strategies and PoSP engagement.
  • Ensure PoSPs are compliant with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Policy Compliance :
  • Ensure PoSPs adhere to the company policies and guidelines at all times.
  • Regularly review policies with PoSPs to ensure alignment with company standards.
