Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description :

Overseeing the delivery of IT services to clients and ensuring that they meet the required standards and expectations. (On-Prem Cloud and Network)

  • . Managing and coordinating a team of IT infra support teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • . Developing and implementing service improvement plans to enhance the quality and efficiency of service delivery.
  • . Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues.
  • . Monitoring service performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • . Managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring that they are met.
  • . Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • . Resolving any escalated issues or complaints from clients.
  • . Monitoring and Tracking the Incidents Changes and Problems / Risks
  • . Leading and Managing Governance.
  • . Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • . Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices such as ITIL.
  • . Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues and make strategic decisions.
  • . Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • . Technical knowledge and understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • . Analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • . Customer-focused mindset to ensure client satisfaction.

Behavioural Competencies :

Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements

Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)

Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams

Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services

Ability to plan prioritize and complete your own work whilst remaining a team player

Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies
