Job Description : Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and IMSDB / CICS.
- Analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver efficient code.
- Perform impact analysis, debugging, unit testing, and code reviews.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address queries.
- Ensure adherence to project standards, quality guidelines, and timelines.
- Support production issues by identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
