BMR Legal Advocates is a boutique law firm founded in 2010 specializing in the areas of Corporate International Tax, Transfer Pricing, GST, Customs & Trade, with expertise in litigation services, controversy management, strategic transaction advisory, and policy.
Job Summary
The Managing / Principal Associate will be responsible for managing client engagements which will be a healthy mix of international tax, M&A, Transfer Pricing, and Litigation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Preparation of opinions, presentations, and proposals
- Researching and analyzing complex tax issues
- Leading briefings and preparing submissions / paper books at the appellate stage
- Advising clients on tax implications of business decisions
- Experience in Tax Litigation, Alternate Dispute Resolution, and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) is a plus
- Strong understanding of Transfer Pricing and International Tax issues, with experience in advising multinational corporations and Indian business groups
- Interactions with Partners and briefing them on client requirements
- Manage the team
