As Turndown Attendant you will be responsible for the following duties :

• Placing the finishing touch on our hotel rooms for a comfortable and restful evening.
• Key tasks include turning down beds, drawing curtains, and refreshing towels, ensuring everything meets our high housekeeping standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• In addition, providing warm, professional service to guests is vital, whether addressing their questions or handling special housekeeping requests.
• Your attention to detail and friendly attitude contributes significantly to making our guests' stay pleasant and enjoyable.
• As a Turndown Attendant you work half shifts between 5 : 30 PM and 9 : 30 PM.
