About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior

Microsoft 365 Tenant Administrator

with little

Azure expertise

to manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment. This role focuses on

end-to-end tenant administration

and

tenant-to-tenant migrations , ensuring security, complaint, and seamless collaboration experience across the organization. Azure administration knowledge is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration

Manage and maintain core M365 services —

Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune , and

Security & Compliance Center .

Implement and monitor

governance, security, and compliance policies

to ensure regulatory adherence and data protection.

Oversee system health,

performance monitoring , and

capacity planning

for M365 workloads.

Tenant Migrations

Plan and lead

Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations

with minimal user disruption.

Perform

pre-migration assessments , execute detailed migration plans, and validate post-migration performance.

Manage

mail flow, identity synchronization , and ensure

data integrity

during migration projects.

Experience in

Merger and Acquisition

is an advantage

Azure & Identity Management

Administer

Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)

for identity and access management.

Configure and manage

Conditional Access ,

MFA , and

role-based access controls (RBAC) .

Support

hybrid identity solutions

including

Azure AD Connect

and

ADFS .

Device & Security Management

Administer

Microsoft Intune

for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint protection.

Enforce

security baselines and compliance policies

across devices and applications.

Automation & Optimization

Develop and maintain

PowerShell scripts

to automate administrative tasks and reporting.

Monitor and optimize

licensing utilization ,

cost management , and

resource allocation

across M365 and Azure environments.

Support & Troubleshooting

Provide

Tier-3 support

and advanced troubleshooting for M365 and Azure-related issues.

Serve as the

escalation point

for complex incidents and collaborate with Microsoft Support when necessary.

Qualifications

7–11 years of hands-on experience in

Microsoft 365 administration and tenant migrations

(M365-to-M365, Google Workspace-to-M365, On-prem-to-Cloud, etc.).

In-depth knowledge of

Azure Active Directory ,

identity management , and

security best practices .

Proven experience with

Intune ,

Conditional Access ,

MFA , and

compliance frameworks .

Strong

PowerShell scripting

skills for automation and reporting.

Excellent

troubleshooting ,

documentation , and

communication

skills.

Preferred Certifications & Skills

Microsoft Certified : MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator)

— required.

Experience managing

hybrid environments

and

complex migration scenarios .

Azure Administration knowledge or certification (e.g., AZ-104)

will be

highly preferred .

Familiarity with

Azure CLI

and automation / orchestration tools.

Understanding of

security and compliance frameworks

(ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) is a plus.
