We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our data engineering efforts, driving large-scale initiatives and mentoring senior engineers.

This key role will oversee the development of our data warehouse architecture, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

  • Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers, providing guidance and support in technical decision-making.
  • Drive client communication, requirement gathering, and roadmap planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions to complex data modeling challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require :

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in Python, JVM, shell scripting, cloud-native applications, and modern data warehousing tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
