Roles & Responsibilities :

• Customize Workday Module HCM to align with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio.
• Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business processes.
• Implement processes and solutions to maintain data quality and integrity within Workday.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide support.
• Keep abreast of new Workday features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all Workday development activities. Conduct thorough testing of Workday configurations and integrations to ensure functionality and accuracy.
• Workday studio experience in Mandatory
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Workday reporting and dashboard development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
