Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Engineer at JustCopy.AI. The Founding Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining our core software products, handling backend and frontend development tasks, and ensuring the scalability and performance of our systems. The role also involves working closely with the product team to design and implement new features, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Backend Development : Proficient in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
• Frontend Development : Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js
• System Design : Strong understanding of system architecture, API design, and microservices
• DevOps and Cloud : Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines
• Debugging and Optimization : Skills in performance tuning, debugging, and resolving critical production issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in working in a remote, distributed team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
