- Driving ROTE by powering balance sheet optimisation while delivering regulatory compliance in a sustainable manner
- This multi-stream transformation initiative to drive the vision of our treasury and finance liquidity function - With foundations now in place, Liquidity needs to embark on its strategic transformation journey embracing new technologies as well as capabilities preparing Liquidity for the future. Such transformation will not only enable alignment with industry standards, but more importantly enable faster & better commercial decisions based on timely, reliable, and trustworthy data. This is also a mandatory step to support the overall GCFO Data and Analytics strategy.
- Key element of the Programme is the end-to-end strategic solution for Liquidity Reporting and Risk Metrics across both strategic and regulatory imperatives incorporating control framework and operating model.
- We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Lead to execute key initiatives aimed at enhancing our data management and reporting capabilities. This role involves strategic alignment, cloud adoption, performance optimization, and the integration of AI-driven solutions to ensure robust, reliable, and compliant data processes.
- Lead the Data Strategy : Robust, Holistic data & controls.
- Adoption of Strategic Ledger and align Liquidity with the universal Financial Services Data Model.
- Manage data remediation, monitoring, and patching.
- Drive cloud migration initiatives for improved scalability and performance.
- Ensure timely and reliable liquidity reporting, starting daily at 9 AM.
- Integrated Reporting : Develop integrated reporting capabilities for National Discretions (ND) and Data Analysis (DA), promoting touchless and self-service functionalities.
- Compliance and Scalability : Ensure solutions are compliant with DQMS and BCBS 239 standards, and scalable for cost-efficient onboarding of new markets.
- Productivity Tools : Develop efficiency and productivity tools for Treasury use cases.
- Cross Metrics Reconciliation : Perform cross metrics reconciliations and template validation.
- AI Capabilities : Leverage full AI capabilities for data interaction, generating new regulatory templates, and interpreting regulatory / report texts.

Must Have :
