We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Junior Acting Faculty member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in acting and performing arts, and a desire to mentor and teach students. You will be responsible for providing practical and theoretical training to aspiring actors, guiding them in their artistic journey, and fostering their creative skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Teach acting techniques, scene study, improvisation, and character development to students at beginner and intermediate levels.
- Conduct workshops, rehearsals, and practice sessions to help students refine their acting skills.
- Assist in the planning and execution of acting programs, performances, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to aid in their development as actors.
- Collaborate with the senior faculty to develop and update the curriculum for acting courses.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new techniques into the classroom.
- Support students in preparing for auditions, performances, and other related activities.
- Actively participate in department meetings and contribute to program development.
- Assist in organizing showcases, competitions, and other performance-related events.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
A degree or diploma in Acting, Performing Arts, or a related field.1-3 years of professional acting experience (theater, television, or film).Teaching experience in acting or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
