Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer with strong backend and frontend experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Rails, strong understanding of web technologies, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features

Integrate with RESTful APIs and web services

Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code

Contribute to UI / UX improvements using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

Manage source code using Git / GitHub

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

Requirements :

7+ years of software engineering experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails

Solid knowledge of JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , and front-end best practices

Experience with MongoDB , PostgreSQL , and MySQL

Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and dependency management

Strong understanding of RESTful web services

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in agile environments

Proficient with Git / GitHub
