This role will be responsible for managing client expectations, coordinating with remote deployment teams, and maintaining project standards in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS, compliance technology, and client-facing project management with a track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.

Position Purpose :
