Role Description

We’re looking for a Tech Lead who can drive end-to-end product development — from architecture and design to deployment and optimization.

You’ll lead a small, agile team building next-generation AI platforms using React, Python, and FastAPI , and integrate with cutting-edge LLM, computer vision, and automation systems .

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping technical direction, reviewing code, enforcing quality standards, and mentoring developers — while staying hands-on with the codebase.

Location : Vasai (Mumbai)

Mode : Full-time (Work from Office)

Experience Required : 5+ years

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-stack engineering efforts across multiple AI products (chatbots, vision systems, content generation platforms).

Architect scalable systems using Python (FastAPI / Flask) and JavaScript (React / Node.js).

Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate LLMs, APIs, and ML models into production systems.

Drive DevOps practices – containerization, CI / CD, and cloud deployments on AWS / Azure .

Mentor and guide junior developers , conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices.

Work cross-functionally with product managers and designers to translate business goals into technical deliverables.

Maintain code quality and system performance , ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

Contribute to the technical roadmap , identifying opportunities for optimization or innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in software development with strong hands-on coding background.

Expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript , React.js , and Node.js .

Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask) .

Proven experience in building REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures .

Solid understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).

Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines , and modern development workflows.

Strong understanding of system design and performance optimization .

Good to Have

Familiarity with Java , Docker , and Kubernetes .

Cloud experience with AWS or Azure .

Exposure to DevOps pipelines , infrastructure-as-code , and monitoring tools .

Experience working with AI / ML pipelines, LangChain, or vector databases (nice bonus).

Experience leading teams or mentoring developers.
