Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UiPath RPA Developer with over 5+years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator , particularly leveraging Re-Framework and related components. This role involves end-to-end RPA project execution—from solution design to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance—with a strong focus on process optimization, debugging, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should bring in-depth technical expertise in OCR, Machine Learning, Generative AI , and web / data / screen scraping , along with familiarity in ERP integrations like JDE and Oracle EBS . Additional knowledge of technologies such as .NET, SQL, Git, Azure is highly desirable. This position operates during 3rd shift (overnights, India-based) to align with U.S. business hours and includes regular weekend maintenance .

Key Responsibilities :

• UiPath Development & Deployment
• Design, develop, and deploy robust UiPath workflows using Re-Framework.
• Deploy and manage bots via UiPath Orchestrator, including Queues, Assets, and Schedules.
• Process Analysis & Design
• Identify new automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Analyse and document business processes to translate into automation solutions.
• Participate in solution design and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• RPA Lifecycle Management
• Lead and support all phases of RPA project lifecycle—from development to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior developers.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues in production and test environments.
• Provide quick resolution for bugs, change requests, and enhancements.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UAT, BA, QA, and project leads.
• Regularly communicate project progress and escalate critical issues promptly.
• Documentation & Standards
• Ensure adherence to coding best practices, security standards, and naming conventions.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and project-related deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated with latest RPA trends, UiPath features, and best practices.
• Contribute to Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and evaluate new tools and technologies.
