ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required. Additional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application
developer (CAD) are a plus.
Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and functionalities, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Reporting.
Preferably extensive experience with recent ServiceNow releases Experienced in gathering business requirements, developing prototypes to validate, refine requirements and led
tasks required for implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, frameworks, and best practices (ITIL).
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies used for ServiceNow customization and development.
Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
