Role Description

  • Monitor and track tender opportunities across various e-procurement portals.
  • Evaluate tender eligibility, prepare bid proposals, and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
  • Manage complete tender lifecycle including documentation, technical & financial bid preparation, and final submission (online & offline).
  • Maintain accurate records of bids submitted, status tracking, and tender feedback.
  • Prepare and review tender costing, BOQs, financial comparisons, and contract documents.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of EMD, PBG, and other financial instruments.
  • Manage communications with government departments and agencies related to bidding and project execution.
  • Maintain tender database, MIS reporting, and documentation archives.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Tendering Processes , e-procurement portals & GeM.
  • Excellent understanding of tender documentation, contracts, and compliance norms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF Editing) and online tender platforms.
  • Qualifications

  • Graduation / B.Tech / MCA / MBA (Preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Government tender bidding and processing.
  • Experience in submitting tenders on national & state e-tender platforms.
  • Should be based in Noida
