Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead the in-house Salesforce development initiatives, define architecture, implement DevOps practices, and collaborate across departments to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, leadership qualities, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle including analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Define and implement enterprise-grade DevOps processes using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub / Bitbucket, SonarQube, and Checkmarx.
• Manage internal development teams and oversee integrations with third-party applications and internal systems.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize Salesforce applications to support evolving business needs.
• Develop and drive cloud migration strategies, selecting appropriate tools and services for a single or multi-cloud setup.
• Ensure all development activities are aligned with IT control policies and corporate architectural standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Establish and uphold high standards in design, code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Stay informed of the latest Salesforce features, tools, and industry trends to keep the platform future-ready.
• Demonstrate strong communication and reasoning skills, acting as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders.
