The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head Legal' should have :

• Candidate must have leadership experience and should have directly dealth with the board
• A degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Proven experience in handling legal matters in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of legal professionals.
