AI / ML Research Specialist

Deliver cutting-edge multimodal models and agentic applications with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Deep Learning & ML, hands-on experience with PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and excellent Python skills. They will be able to build, fine-tune, and evaluate multimodal LLMs, design autonomous AI agents, and implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.

• Develop scalable APIs using Flask / FastAPI, Docker, and GitHub Actions
• Conduct independent research on leading-edge models, frameworks, and tools, and apply findings to real-world use cases
• Collaborate on impromptu working sessions and meetings aligned to US CST hours
