About GH2 Solar

GH2 Solar is an integrated renewable energy and green hydrogen company building India’s clean-energy future.

We’re developing one of India’s first 105 MW electrolyzer manufacturing facilities (under PLI Scheme) and a 10,000 TPA green-hydrogen production plant under the SIGHT program — alongside a strong solar EPC & IPP pipeline.

We’re now scaling fast and preparing for our Main Board IPO and looking for a sharp mind to join the CEO Office at the center of this growth.

The Role

You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO as a Chief of Staff / Senior Analyst, acting as the analytical brain and execution accelerator across GH2 Solar’s businesses — Hydrogen, Electrolyzers, Solar EPC, and BESS.

You’ll help institutionalize structure, speed, and accountability — transforming a high-growth founder-led company into a scalable, system-driven organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the CEO Dashboard – revenue, order book, execution, and cash-flow tracking.
  • Drive weekly and monthly performance reviews across verticals.
  • Prepare board presentations, investor decks, and fund-raise analyses.
  • Conduct business analytics – project IRRs, cost control, profitability, and risk.
  • Research policy & market trends in Hydrogen, BESS, and Renewables.
  • Build the internal rhythm — Monday Ops Review | Wednesday Risk Check | Friday Strategy Call.
  • Convert the CEO’s ideas into clear action plans and track execution.

🧠

Who You Are

  • B.Tech + MBA / CA / CFA (Level 1–2) from a strong analytical background.
  • 3–6 years experience in Consulting / Investment Banking / Corporate Strategy / Project Finance.
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills; Power BI or dashboarding exposure a plus.
  • Detail-driven, structured, calm under pressure, and intellectually curious.
  • Hungry for high ownership and direct impact — not another reporting role.
