About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Finance Executive
to join our Finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting month-end book closure. The ideal candidate should be proficient in
Excel, Zoho Books, and core accounting principles
with a strong understanding of
GST, TDS, AR / AP, and general ledger management .
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including
Accounts Receivable (AR)
and
Accounts Payable (AP) .
Record and reconcile
journal entries
and maintain the
general ledger .
Ensure timely and accurate processing of
invoices, vendor payments, and collections .
Handle
GST, TDS compliance, and related filings .
Assist in
month-end and year-end closing activities , including reconciliations and financial reporting.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in
Zoho Books / Zoho Finance .
Support audits, statutory compliance, and internal financial reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy and timely reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Commerce, Finance, or Accounting .
1–3 years of experience
in finance and accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of
accounting principles, taxation (GST / TDS), and compliance .
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and
Zoho Books / Finance .
Hands-on experience in
journal entries, AR / AP, reconciliations, and book closure .
Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
