Antier Solutions is a global blockchain and digital transformation company specializing in fintech, healthcare, and supply chain solutions. Our legal team plays a crucial role in supporting corporate compliance, contract management, and regulatory affairs.

Role Overview :

We are seeking two motivated Legal Interns to join our Mohali office for a 2-month internship. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate legal practices within a fast-growing technology company.

Responsibilities :

Draft and review legal documents including contracts, NDAs, and internal policies
Support compliance and regulatory research
Assist in vendor agreement review and legal due diligence
Contribute to corporate governance and internal audits
Conduct legal research on emerging laws, especially in blockchain and fintech
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand legal implications

Eligibility :

Law students (3rd year or above,If 5 year course)

Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills

Interest in corporate and technology law

Must have own laptop

Ability to work independently and in a team
