Must Have Qualifications

• 4+ years of overall experience in AI / ML solution development , including hands-on work on at least one production-grade Generative AI use case .
• Proven expertise in developing Gen AI solutions , particularly RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or Agentic AI implementations for global customers.
• Solid understanding of Agentic AI concepts and practical experience with Agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, GPT-OSS) and multimodal models .
• Strong knowledge in evaluating and refining Generative AI solution performance using appropriate metrics and testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with a focus on solution scalability and robustness.
