Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with plant and business leaders to identify challenges across throughput, yield, quality, downtime,

and energy efficiency.

  • Design and present tailored solution proposals using ODR framework to deliver

    • measurable outcomes.

  • Collaborate with sales, COE, and engineering teams to develop business cases, ROI models, and customer

    • pitches.

  • Conduct plant walkthroughs, process assessments, and proof-of-concept activities to showcase value and

    • ensure conversion.

  • Act as a bridge between technical process expertise and business impact, helping customers realize

    • operational improvements.

    Qualifications & Skills :

  • 10–12 years of experience in the metals sector, preferably in steel, aluminium, or allied manufacturing

    • operations.

  • Strong process and domain expertise in rolling, casting, finishing, or process reliability improvement.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles in manufacturing or industrial

    • digital solutions.

  • Deep industry insights, customer network, and ability to connect process value to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
