Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations including handling incoming calls, emails, walk-ins, and visitor management.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the reception area.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, maintain calendars, and support internal meetings.
• Manage daily courier, mail handling, and outward / inward documentation.
• Assist HR / Admin in scheduling candidate interviews and onboarding formalities.
• Support the leadership team with basic administrative tasks, filing, documentation, and travel coordination.
• Maintain office stationery, housekeeping coordination, and vendor follow-ups.
• Ensure adherence to company protocols and confidentiality.
