Role Description

The Patent Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include drafting and preparing patent applications, conducting patentability assessments, and performing in-depth patent searches. The role also involves applying patent law for clients, managing intellectual property rights, and ensuring compliance with patent-related regulations. The Patent Agent will collaborate closely with the legal team to deliver tailored IP solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Patent Preparation and drafting patent applications
• Proficiency in conducting Patentability assessments and Patent Searching
• In-depth knowledge of Patent Law and experience in managing Patent Applications
• Strong research and analytical skills for intellectual property review
• Ability to communicate technical and legal concepts effectively
• Registered Patent Agent qualification is a plus
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or scientific field is preferred
