Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and motivated FIS Quantum Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Treasury Management Systems (TMS) , specifically FIS Quantum. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the FIS Quantum platform to meet treasury and cash management requirements. This role requires a strong functional understanding of corporate treasury operations combined with technical expertise to deliver efficient, reliable, and scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, treasury teams, and IT colleagues to manage Quantum-related projects, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing enhancements. This position provides an opportunity to play a key role in modernizing treasury operations and supporting business-critical functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Implementation & Configuration
  • Implement, configure, and support FIS Quantum modules including Cash Management, Payments, Risk Management, and Accounting Interfaces .
  • Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Manage interfaces between Quantum and ERP systems, banks, and market data providers .
  • Treasury Operations Support
  • Support daily treasury activities including cash positioning, liquidity management, FX, interest rate, and commodity hedging .
  • Ensure smooth processing of bank statements, reconciliations, and settlement activities.
  • Monitor and resolve system errors and data integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Project Delivery
  • Participate in FIS Quantum upgrade projects, enhancements, and new rollouts .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and minimal business disruption .
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure system changes meet business requirements.
  • Process Improvement & Automation
  • Identify opportunities to improve treasury operations through system automation and optimization.
  • Recommend best practices in treasury workflows and drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • Documentation & Training
  • Prepare functional specifications, system documentation, and process manuals .
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops for treasury and finance users to ensure smooth adoption of FIS Quantum functionalities.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Mandatory Expertise in FIS Quantum (4+ years) with proven track record of system support and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Treasury and Risk Management processes , including cash forecasting, FX, interest rate, debt, and investment management.
  • Proficiency in managing interfaces with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) , banks, Swift, and market data providers.
  • Good knowledge of treasury accounting principles, IFRS, and hedge accounting .
  • Hands-on experience in system troubleshooting, incident management, and change requests .
  • Strong skills in SQL and reporting tools for data extraction and analysis.
  • Familiarity with treasury compliance, audit requirements, and security standards .
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field .
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with FIS Quantum .
  • Experience in corporate treasury operations or financial institutions is preferred.
  • Exposure to SWIFT, ISO20022, and banking integrations is desirable.
