The Role :

As an Application Lead / Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and organizational requirements, acting as a key point of contact for development initiatives. You will lead and collaborate with multiple teams, providing technical guidance, problem-solving support, and strategic planning to ensure projects are delivered on time and align with business objectives. Your role includes facilitating knowledge sharing, staying updated with industry best practices, and ensuring seamless integration and performance of applications across the organization. You will also take ownership of team decisions, monitor progress, and implement adjustments to enhance application functionality, efficiency, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a

Subject Matter Expert (SME)

in application development.

Collaborate and manage teams to ensure performance and timely delivery of milestones.

Take responsibility for team decisions and project outcomes.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for immediate teams and across multiple teams.

Monitor project progress and implement adjustments to meet deadlines.

Facilitate training and knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities.

Ensure applications function seamlessly within existing infrastructure and align with business objectives.

Skills Required :

Strong understanding of

application integration techniques, patterns, and development methodologies .

Experience with

workflow design, process automation, and data transformation techniques .

Proficiency in

developing and deploying web services and APIs .

Familiarity with

troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application issues effectively .

Experience with

database technologies and data modeling .

Familiarity with

Agile development practices .

Ability to work collaboratively in a

team-oriented environment .

Additional Information

This role is based in

Hyderabad ,

Indore, Bengaluru, Pune, or Kolkata .

Minimum

3-12 years of experience

in TIBCO BusinessWorks is required.

Requires

15 years of full-time education .
