Job Overview :
The Support Specialist role is responsible for providing high-level technical support to users of Horizon VDI environments. This includes troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, working closely with application owners and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide level 1-3 support for Horizon VDI user issues
- Create and maintain golden images
- Validate application functionality within VDI sessions
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Experience in IT support roles with a focus on VDI environmentsProficiency with tools like Horizon Administrator / Console and vSphere ClientCertification in VMware Certified Professional – Desktop and Mobility (VCP-DTM) preferredBenefits :
