Job description4 to 7 years of IT monitoring and operations experience. Hands-on expertise with SolarWinds, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspace, Grafana, and Site24x7. Strong cloud and hybrid infrastructure understanding. Proficient in writing and optimizing KQL queries. Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-900, etc.). Experience in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python). Exposure to DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure, maintain, and optimize monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Azure Monitor, Site24x7, Grafana, and Log Analytics.
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services for top-notch availability and performance.
- Analyze logs and metrics to spot trends, anomalies, and potential issues.
- Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Cloud teams to enhance monitoring coverage and incident response.
- Participate in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
- Document monitoring processes, configurations, and best practices for seamless operations.
- Provide clear communication and escalation during incidents and outages.
